About this Event

2026 Summer Teen Therapy Process Group

This small Teen Group Therapy Program is designed to help teens (ages 13–18) feel more confident, connected, and emotionally supported as they navigate the stressful social, emotional, and academic landscape of adolescence.

What to Expect

  • 8 structured group therapy sessions
  • A supportive, judgment-free environment
  • Practical tools teens can use in daily life
  • Free 15-min initial consultation with Kimberly Brownell


What Teens Will Work On

  • Managing anxiety and stress
  • Building confidence and self-esteem
  • Navigating friendships and social pressure
  • Improving communication
  • Developing emotional regulation skills

Licensed Clinical Therapist and Certified Educational Advocate

With over 15 years of experience, Kim brings clinical expertise and a deep understanding of adolescent development. She creates a warm, safe space where teens can open up, feel seen/heard, and learn valuable skills and tools to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

$100 per session to $680 full package prepay ($85 per session)

Groups are intentionally kept small (5–8 teens) to create a safe and supportive experience.
