Join the Rec Centers at the Stardust Theatre for a performance by a different Sun City West artist each week and enjoy the talent they bring to the stage! Performances are every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon. Doors to the theatre will open at 10:30 am.
August lineup:
Wednesday, Aug. 6 – The Two of Us featuring Ellen Zacko & Deborah Offenhauser – Violin & Piano: Ellen has played violin throughout the world on Broadway, in Classical events and at the Django festival in Samois sur Seine, France. Deborah has played across the country in national touring Broadway shows, performed with the Irish Tenors and The Moody Blues and provided music for TV shows like ‘Desperate Housewives’ and ‘Big Bang Theory.’ This unique and challenging concert should fill your classical music taste buds with the rich blending sounds of violin and piano.
Wednesday, August 13 – West Side Rollers featuring Jolyn & Vincent Geglia and Steve Blanchard: Join this lively band ensemble for some 60’s &70’s Classic Rock with some Beatles toe tapping fun!
Wednesday, August 20 – Back in Time featuring Neil White, Gale Rogers and Mary Wright: Your favorite songs you remember from way back when.
Wednesday, August 27 – Dave Mrocek – Vocals and keyboards: Amazingly talented grace in action!
Plan your week to include the free Stardust Summer Spotlight on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to noon where we shine the spotlight on local Sun City West Talent!
Guests are welcome to bring their own unbreakable, closeable beverage bottle from home into the theatre for these events. Staff reserves the right to say no to your bottle if it is breakable, spillable or makes noise that will distract other guests.
