Capel's Sunday Summer live music sets 3-8pm (included in your entry price for this event)

An afternoon flowing into the evening of movement and music in magical surroundings.

Sunday 16 August

Join Sibel @the Risings yoga for a slow flow yoga practice followed by a guided meditation & soundbath to help restore and reset. All in the most stunning gardens of Capel Manor.

1.30-3pm
🌻We’ll start with a slow, gentle yoga practice to move and stretch. Feel the earth. See the sky. Find peace within.

✨Followed by a guided meditation and soundbath that immerses you in soothing vibrations for deep relaxation
With the birds and nature as part of this amazing soundscape!

3pm onwards

Time to enjoy Capel's stunning gardens - bliss 🌱🌴🌳🌻🌞 and the wonderful live music sets as part of their Sunday summer sets event🎶🎤🎸🥁💃 (note that any changes to this event are not the responsibility of the Risings yoga)

Info: Enjoy Capel Manor Gardens Sunday Summer Sets event, where live music meets stunning surroundings. Relax to performances from talented local artists spanning acoustic folk, rock and avant-garde sounds, alongside an upbeat DJ set between performances

This is also the final day of Enfield Art Circle exhibition.Entry is included in your ticket price.
