Join us as we kick off the start of our Summer Strength Series! We'll meet at Fleet Feet Augusta at 8am and begin with a 30 minute run, and finish with 30 minutes of strength training led by a local trainer! Please bring a yoga mat or towel with you, as well as hydration.
