Early Bird Registration and Payment Due by April 29, 2025 - $75 for Thursday at 9am - Sunday at 4pm.
Daily rate will be $25 per day.
(Note: Please understand any reservations after August 29 may not get a table gift....as these are generally preordered &/or crafted.)
AFTER APRIL 29, Registration is $100 for the full weekend or $35/day.
Table Gifts and Drawings as well as a Project will be offered for minimal or no additional cost. This is a "NO FRILLS" crop -- no special clothing needed or games, etc.
There will be a TRASH TO TREASURE table -- you MUST remove all items left that you brough before you leave! TIA!
Meals are on your own.
Hotel suite rooms have a refrigerator, stove & microwave with a nice hot breakfast available to hotel guests. Rooms are available at a discounted rate of $104 per night with 2 queen beds (should be reserved prior to April 29!). To reserve your room call 515-232-5500 and ask for the rooms for SWS Rate.
