Come out to celebrate the return of summer with Friends of Waterloo Park. We will be hosting a fun afternoon of live music, games, craft making, and more! The event will be held by the Eby Farm play area and will feature:-animal puppet making for kids
-paper flower making for all ages
-sticker colouring for all ages
-card making for all ages
-a Pollinator Walkabout for kids
-guided walking tours of the park
-lawn games
-exhibit by the Pollinator Working Group
-exhibit by the University of Waterloo Infant and Child Studies Group
-exhibit by the Waterloo Horticulture Society
-exhibit by Nancy's Creations
-exhibit by Reep Green Solutions
-live music by Onion Honey at 1 pm
-live music by Scott Wicken at 2 pm
-a drum circle performance with audience participation at 2:45 pm hosted by Duane Wolfe
The Park Inn Concession will be open to purchase refreshments.
Please note photography will take place at this event and the event will be cancelled if there is severe weather (heavy rain/wind or thunderstorms).
