Join us for a 5 Rhythms-inspired class series allowing you to dance off your day, dig deeper into yourself, and experience joy and connection! Together we will go through a “wave” including flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness - along with a supportive warm-up, cool-down, and meditation time.This is a 6-week series, taking place on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm, and if you attend all six classes, you can receive $50 back! Scholarships are also available if this doesn’t fit into your budget. We want to groove with you!
Come as you are and ready to laugh, breathe, relax, connect, and let loose. The level of intensity is totally up to you - this can be a gentle invitation to movement, or a sweaty spiritual revival.
