Summer is here! Take advantage of seasonal energetics and longer days by joining us at The Alchemist's Kitchen for our Summer Speakeasy. Enjoy uniquely crafted herbal mocktails by The Sage Mixologist and gain insight into your goals with a professional Tarot Reader.

Tickets will include one seasonal state-changing elixir in addition to admission. Any further beverages will be charged seperately.

Tarot Readings will be available on a first come, first serve basis with a sign-up sheet at the door. Readings are a separate $45 cost and are NOT included with General Admission. If you are interested in a Tarot Reading, we advise arriving on time (or a few minutes early!) and booking a timeslot as soon as you enter the space.

Niko has been in the hospitality business in NYC for over 20 years. Through his journey in the business, he has been fortunate to have worked with talented and passionate Chefs and Mixologists that inspired him. His attention to detail, love, and passion of service has allowed him to create well balanced alcoholic and dry beverages.

The inspiration to create alcohol free beverages was to connect with children and adults who couldn't drink alcohol at events and gatherings. He felt they were being left out, so he began a journey of creating beverages for those that can't drink so they could truly be a part of the experience. This intuitive approach to beverages allows each event to be unique and fun, while making sure everyone feels included. Niko's unique blends of herbal ingredients and flavors create drinks that are both fun and functional!

Niko Katehis is a Greek American born in New York City. When he was bartending in his mid twenties, he found himself giving valuable advice to customers. The customers came in lost, and walked out feeling better about themselves.

At that time, The Sage Mixologist didn't realize he was channeling information to them. In his late twenties, he experienced a difficult time of excessive tiredness, anger, frustration, and a lack of focus and direction. He stopped bartending for a time to focus on his healing, which eventually led him to his current path.

Why does Niko call himself The Sage Mixologist?

During his holistic path, he discovered more about himself and the universe. How food, herbs, supplements, habits, beliefs and the people you surround yourself with can begin to heal you. He finds great joy in sharing whatever information he could to people who were ready to listen, or who were curious about holistic healing. He has a deep desire to learn and to share knowledge and wisdom, helping himself and others grow through enlightened conversation and unique event experiences.
