Summer Sounds and Permanent Jewelry
A slow Saturday afternoon of sound, stillness, and something beautiful to take home with you.
Join me, Jessica Cross, and Julie Afsahi at Soul Strong Yoga in Round Rock for an immersive afternoon designed to help you exhale, reset, and reconnect with what actually matters to you this season. We're teaming up with Golden Light Co. permanent jewelry to give you a way to carry your intention with you long after the last gong fades.
What to Expect
We'll open with a 90 minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, crystal harp, handpan, chimes, rain maker, and more. You'll settle into a supported resting position while the sound washes over you, guiding your nervous system into a deep state of rest.
Following the sound bath, we'll guide you through a short meditation and intention setting practice, helping you choose one personal intention to carry into the season ahead.
Afterward, step into the boutique for light refreshments and permanent jewelry by Golden Light Co. Your registration includes one piece, bracelet or anklet, welded to you on the spot and chosen from a curated collection of chains, each designed to reflect the intention you set on the mat.

What to Bring
Yourself, comfortable clothing you can lie down in, and an open mind. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided. If you have a favorite eye pillow or blanket from home, bring it along.
No experience with sound healing is needed. All are welcome.
