Please join us for a sound immersion with Alex Ballew of Secret River Sounds. Participants will be filled with vibrations from the gong, singing bowls, the crystal harp, rain sticks, bells and more. Sound therapy is a non invasive wellness modality that provides a cellular, vibrational massage. It slips the listener into the state between awareness and sleep as the brain waves slow down and the nervous system is soothed. Participants arise feeling grounded, rejuvenated, emotionally open, secure and relaxed. Welcome Spring with this centering unique ceremony of sound that is held in love and gratitude! What to bring:
-A yoga mat
-A blanket
-Warm socks
-Water
-A Pillow (if desired)
-A Bolster (if desired)
-Anything else to create a cozy nest on the floor.
