This practice series is a community space to come as you are, find your breath, and lift your voice in songs from the heart. Each week we will learn short, affirmational songs about healing, self-love, courage, the Earth, gratitude, and community. This practice helps us to unlock our voice, calm our nerves, and nurture hope. It is not about performing or sounding good, it’s about presence, intention, and connection. It nurtures an inner spring within each individual and within our community bonds. All ages welcome. No music experience necessary.These songs become seeds planted within, that in our daily lives, as we face trials, can re-emerge to support us. They can help us draw strength from an inner well.
