We're back at The Buddy Lafortune Community Center on Sunday June 21st from 1-2:30pm, as we celebrate the longest daylight of the year...the Summer Solstice.

In this unique sonic meditation experience, as you are guided through breathwork, let the gentle sound waves wash over you from gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, crystal harp, drums, shakers & more. Perfect for unwinding, recharging, and connecting with the season’s warm energy.

Sound waves have proven to reduce hyper tension, physical stress and brain fog by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This technology can create a feeling of euphoria that can only be experienced in real-time but with lasting affects.

•24 floor mats available, first come first serve

•6 zero gravity chairs are available for those with mobility issues

•Arrive early to pick a good spot, doors at 12:45

•Wear comfortable clothes, layers if you get cold, and socks

•This is a sober event, please keep your energy clear
