Join PJ at McKinley Field Park at the Tennis Courts on International Yoga Day to celebrate Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations.
Sun Salutations, consist of all the components of a full Yoga practice. Repeating this sequence 108 times will help liberate your spine, revitalize your body, and clear your mind. PJ will provide modifications and will break up the practice to make the practice accessible to all. We are planning on walking over to Boston Stoker (across the street) for a cup of coffee and chats after practice.
$30 per person.
Check in begins at 6am. Yoga starts at 6:10am. Pierce Field is located at 1080 W 1st Ave, Grandview Heights, OH 43212 There is plenty of free side street parking.
