To launch the Yoga on the Lawn season we will host Summer Solstice YogaThis outdoor event will begin with
- Reflection & Meditation followed by..
- a YOGA PRACTICE on the lawn including variations of sun salutations (modifications will be given) to help ease open the body!
For Savasana we will lie back and relax with a guided YOGA NIDRA practice.
- CAMPFIRE (with journalling if you wish) to reflect on your own inner world, your inner fire and how it has served you these past few months, what peaks you have reached this season and what needs discarding.
- Then it will be time for warm cups of tea, some tasty bites and lovely company and chats to watch the sun set on this first day of summer!
Date: Friday June 21st
Time: 8pm - Sunset
Where: Outside, in fresh air, in a private space, with gorgeous views of the Wicklow hills. 7 mins from Aughrim/Avoca/Woodenbridge.
Exact location will be given upon booking.
