Bookings are now open for my next seasonal yoga celebration! Join us on Sunday 28th June for a gorgeous half-day retreat in the countryside to celebrate the Summer Solstice! We will come together for a beautiful morning of yoga, meditation, breathwork and self-inquiry, followed by the most delicious, seasonal Mediterranean lunch catered by Polly's Little Greek Kitchen!
These seasonal celebrations offer us the opportunity to intentionally pause during these transitions, feel into the energy of the new season, reflect on our intentions for the coming months, and enjoy some nourishing practices & delicious food together.
