Join JordannaOffersYoga for the annual celebration of the Summer Solstice in West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village.On this special day, as the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, you are invited to join us for an outdoor yoga practice amidst the tranquil and ancient setting of West Stow's Anglo-Saxon Village. This event is not only a celebration of the longest day of the year and the onset of summer but also an homage to International Yoga Day.
Before our yoga session begins, you are warmly invited by 'Elements of Dance' to share in the wonderful bonfire they light to celebrate the solstice.
Then take part in a Sun Salutation Celebration yoga practice in the Saxon Village.
Key Highlights:
• Guided practice of various sun salutations
• Cultivation of gratitude and reverence for the sun
• Alignment with the natural rhythms of the universe
• Opportunity to connect with fellow participants and the surrounding environment
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Water bottle
• Swimwear and towel (for wild swimming)
• Sunscreen and hat
• Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice
• Open heart and mind ready to embrace the magic of the Summer Solstice
After the yoga practice, cool off (I hope) with a refreshing dip in the river at Icklingham which is about a 3-minute drive from West Stow.

Times: 6.30pm-7.30pm (Feel free to join in the bonfire at 5.30pm)
Tickets: £10 per person (ages 10 – 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult)
