Abigail is hosting a workshop to celebrate the summer season. Enjoy a 90 minute Yin Yoga Workshop to find balance and nourish your growth during the change of seasons. During the workshop we’ll set a mindful intention for summer and enjoy relaxing Yin Yoga poses.Extra props for maximum comfort will be used along with a Sound Bath at the end.
