First, easy physical yoga that clears the chakras from bottom to top, leaving you feeling light, pleasantly energized and clear. Then, unravel your energetic knots and issues stored in the tissues with the mesmerizing and immersive vibrations of three gorgeous Gongs, and journey into inner space. This preparation is conducive to the final easy and inspiring meditation.
No previous experience is required. Bring a sleeping bag or mat and light covering for your comfort on the floor. A few chairs are available if you need to sit. Children capable of participating quietly for 90 minutes are welcome. Stay after for Yogi Tea and community time if you have time.
