Join Lillie and the Loving Life Community for a radiant Sunrise Celebration for International Yoga Day and Summer Solstice. We come together underneath the morning sun for a harmonious blend of yoga, drumming, invigorating sea dips and community connection.On Friday 21st June 2024 at 5am until 7am on Alum Chine Beach
Let's extend our thanks not only to our yoga practice itself but also to one another during this moving morning blessing, recognising the collective support and strength that our shared journey brings. This Sunrise Event is an opportunity to celebrate the profound love and light that yoga has guided us to embrace in our lives.
This class is open to all at no cost and you have the option to contribute a donation after booking your place
The session kicks off with a mesmerising drumming circle, where we'll witness the sunrise marking the beginning of a new chapter. Following this, indulge in an hour of yoga designed for all levels, with a warm welcome extended to beginners. Following this rejuvenating class, take an optional refreshing plunge into the sea, embracing the golden sunrise and celebrate life in all its beauty
There will be some treats for you to enjoy and I welcome you to bring your own coffee/tea!
