Join Jessica and Luke Bonner on the evening before the longest day of the year to honor the turning of the seasons. On this night, we will gather in community to slow down, reflect, and align with the ancient rhythms of nature. Jessica and Luke will spin a cocoon of vibration with overtone-rich instruments and atmospheric electric guitar soundscapes.
As the sun approaches its highest expression of light, this sound meditation practice is an opportunity to honor your own inner light, set intentions for the season ahead, and reconnect with a sense of balance and spacious awareness.

The Summer Solstice (June 21) marks the moment the Sun enters Cancer, beginning a new solar season. This transition invites us to balance outward vitality with inward nourishment, honoring both the fullness of the sun's light and the quiet wisdom of rest and reflection.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye cover, and anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down. One leg bolster and one yoga blanket will be provided.
Pro tips:
Limit caffeine beforehand to support deeper relaxation. And plan to arrive early. Doors lock at 6:35pm and there will be no late admittance. Plus, you'll want time to settle in and get comfortable.
