Come as you are, settle in, and get ready to simply receive the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. These harmonious vibrations help clear away stress, balance your energy, and elevate your spirit.
We'll start with guided meditation, allowing you to move beyond your thoughts and limitations to a state of wakeful dreaming and pure being. As the sound bath envelops you, you'll feel the healing frequencies wash over you, bringing peace, clarity, and a deep sense of relaxation.
