Summer Solstice CeremonyAn evening to slow down, reflect and reconnect.
No experience needed.
You’re invited to join us for a gentle, nourishing evening to honour the Summer Solstice, which is the longest day of the year and a natural pause point in the calendar.
This is a time when the sun is at its peak, an opportunity to take stock, celebrate how far you've come and get clear on what you want to bring into the next season.
Whether you’ve been to something like this before or it’s totally new to you, you’ll be held in a supportive and welcoming space.
What the evening looks like:
Cacao Ceremony
We’ll start by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a rich, earthy drink made from pure cacao beans. It’s been used for centuries in ritual to gently open the heart and create a sense of connection. It’s a lovely way to arrive, slow down and settle into the space.
Journaling & Reflection
You’ll be guided through some simple journaling prompts, nothing intense, just a chance to reflect on where you’re at, what you’ve learned and what you want to invite in. You’ll have time to yourself, and there’s no pressure to share anything unless you want to.
Meditation & Sound Bath
We’ll finish with a calming immersive sound bath, think crystal singing bowls, soft drums, and chimes, all designed to help you rest, clear your mind and soak up the energy of the evening.
You can lie down, close your eyes and just let the sounds wash over you.
You don’t need to bring anything other than yourself. Just wear something comfy and maybe bring a journal or notebook if you have one.
If you’ve never been to a sound bath, ceremony or gathering like this before, you’re absolutely welcome – everything will be explained gently as we go.
