A Summer Solstice Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop

Finally we can celebrate summer now that we're feeling this season's sunny warmth and energy again! We've arrived at a time when the earth and nature are at their peak - filled with energy, vitality and life. As we move towards the Summer Solstice, we reach a powerful turning point in the year.
The word solstice comes from the Latin solstitium, meaning "sun standing still."
Join Me for an Afternoon of Rest, Reflection & Renewal
Together we'll create space to slow down and tune in through:
✨ A specially curated Summer Solstice Yoga Nidra to settle the nervous system and invite deep rest
✨ A nourishing Yin Yoga practice to encourage softness, release and introspection
✨ A heart-centred Summer Solstice meditation
✨ Guided journaling and free writing to help you reflect on the first half of the year and clarify what you'd like to cultivate moving forward
This workshop is an opportunity to honour all that has already unfolded in 2026 while planting conscious seeds for the months ahead. You'll receive the nidra recording so you can practice it again any time you wish.
Everyone who attends will also receive a beautiful citrine tumblestone in order to anchor into the expansive energy of summer and amplify your manifestations even more.
Whether you're seeking clarity, rest, inspiration or simply a couple hours away from the busyness of life, this is your invitation to come home to yourself.
