☀️ Celebrate the summer solstice with me ☀️
This crystal healing retreat is an immersive healing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect to yourself, and enter the new season feeling grounded and restored.
We’ll arrive slowly into the space with herbal teas and gentle energy. After this, we’ll ground together, connecting to Mother Earth and creating a healing, safe container.
Following this, we’ll journal and set intentions for the session. I’ll lead a guided meditation after which you’ll receive a bespoke crystal healing treatment. Each participant will receive a crystal to keep based on their individual needs and intentions.
There’ll be no surprises, expectations to share, or pressure to ‘get out of your comfort zone.’ This space is designed for you to receive.
You will need a yoga mat and a journal and pen.
When: Sunday 21st June 11 am - 2 pm
