Also note that I have been closely monitoring the weather. Due to so many storms and the current weather forecast, I have moved the primary components of this event to have quick indoor access.

Each day and event may shift their locations so that we can choose to be indoors, yet right on the beach, with access to any glimpse of sunshine right away.

7:30am Walking & Standing Meditation Swan Michelle. *Bring your headphones and your cell phone to access the meditation . This is a group recorded meditation especially created by Swan Michelle for this event.

This location is 2 miles East of Portofino, 1 mile east of Dog Park EAST (there are 2 dog parks) and 100 feet past Parking Lot East on Jay Earle Baden Way.

It is across the street from the Stop 21 Pensacola Beach Eco trail, which is on the sound side. We are on the Gulf side.

It is 3 miles West of Opal Beach.

You will see a large feather flag on the side of the road that says “Swan Michelle Sound Bath” next to a black Rav4

Arrival time: 6pm Parking is tricky. Get there early.

Launch time: 6:30pm SHARP. If you are not there, we must depart, and we want you there, so please be on time.

water, drinks, snacks. The cruise sells these things below, yet you may also want to bring your own.

Activities include :

Enjoying, observing, listening and being in good company, including our gorgeous dolphin community. Captain Rely will be speaking to fun facts about or local environment.

We will then practice meditation, breathing and listening to songs & high frequency sounds at sunset in complete presence and awe of our beautiful , brilliant surroundings.

***IMPORTANT: BRING EAR BUDS OR HEAD PHONES FOR THE GUIDED WALKING MEDITATION as I have prerecorded something on Sound Cloud for us to walk to. Without headphones you can not hear it!
