Join us as we move and groove 108 times for our 6th annual summer solstice party! We are taking the sun sals to shuffle board courts as we take over a VB fave, Beachside Social.
Class will be a challenge, but it is a challenge that is open to ALL. Danielle Talley is your guide and she will teach you how to modify as needed so that you have a safe but sweaty smile.
DJ CanRock is guiding the tunes so you KNOW class is going to be a good time!
And post flow the party will keep on going! We will have Moontide on site for post yoga treats, drinks from Beachside Social, and we are packing house with local vendors!
