Summer Solstice Kundalini Yoga
About this Event
Summer Solstice Kundalini Yoga
Celebrate the longest day of the year with a powerful Kundalini Yoga gathering — held in person in Tempe/ Chandler (final locations TBA) and streamed LIVE for those joining from anywhere in the world.
Kundalini Yoga is a sacred technology of the self — weaving breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to elevate your frequency and awaken your inner vitality. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned Yogi, this class meets you exactly where you are.
Led by a naturopathic medical physician and Kundalini Yoga instructor with 11 years of experience teaching both in person and online, this is more than a class — it's a community experience built around music, chanting, connection, and conscious living.
- Plan to arrive (or log on) by 6:30 PM for our relaxed connection time before class starts at 7:00 PM sharp.
- Eat lightly or not at all 2–4 hours before class for the most comfortable and effective experience — this is especially important for breathwork and movement.
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing you can move freely in. Light or white clothing is traditional for Kundalini but not required.
- Bring a yoga mat, water, and a blanket or shawl for the relaxation portion at the end.
- Online attendees: find a quiet space with enough room to move, and test your connection before 6:30 PM.
