Join Yoga In Beautiful Places at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad for a beautiful evening of beach yoga, guided meditation, a ceremonial fire experience, and a crystal singing bowl sound bath as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean.
The Summer Solstice marks a powerful turning point in nature—a season of Summer Solstice's vibrant vitality. This special morning ceremony invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and step into the second half of the year with clarity and intention.
✨ What to Expect
We’ll begin with a Sun Salutation practice, moving through a rhythmic sequence of 36–54 salutations designed to energize the body, focus the mind, and awaken your inner light. Each repetition serves as a moving meditation, helping you build energy, cultivate presence, and connect with the Summer Solstice's vibrant vitality.
Following the flow, we’ll shift into the Ignite Your Light Fire Ceremony, a reflective moment symbolizing activation and possibility. You’ll be guided to pause, journal, or simply reflect on what you’d like to ignite or step into during the months ahead—new intentions, qualities, or dreams ready to grow. As the fire burns, it becomes a visual reminder of the light within you and the energy available to support your next chapter.
The morning concludes with a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing your body and mind to settle into stillness. Immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding vibrations, you’ll relax beside the ocean feeling calm, centered, and connected to the expansive energy of the season.
