I'd like to invite you to a summer solstice mantra chanting workshop being held on Sunday 21st June at 7pm.
Will include gentle yoga, pranayama, Gayatri mantra chanting and a guided meditation shavasana.
Location is Mayura Yoga studio, 196 Eastern Esplanade, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 3AA
Cost is £15.
No prior experience is required and all are welcome.
