Hello All!Join me in celebrating the longest day of the year and waxing full moon with a relaxing sound meditation at South End Studio, Thursday, June 20th at 7pm!
As all of this light is shining in and on our lives, let us reflect on the balance of light and dark within, and allow this awareness to guide our healing.
Enjoy this meditative experience with the raw and elegant musical pairings of gemstone crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, & tuned planetary gongs. Lie down, let go, and allow stress and tension to melt away.
Mats and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
To focus more on the meditative listening experience, bowls will not be placed on the body in this session.
