Honour the Light Within on the Longest Day of the YearThe Summer Solstice is the longest, lightest day of the year. Celebrate the Summer Solstice - and the light within us all - in sound and vibration.
Every 20 years or so, the Summer Solstice actually falls on the Full Moon. This is one such year - which will make this a supercharged sound meditation.
Thursday, June 20th
Session one: 6:15 - 7:30 p.m.
Session two: 8:00 - 9:15 p.m.
Where: South Studio Yoga, 1895A Grant Avenue
Contribution: $40
Come for either session - or even both... just register in advance, because these classes do fill up.
Our Sacred Cacao Ceremony will be offered 20 minutes before each Gong Bath for a small additional contribution of $10. RSVP required!
We will also have packaged cacao pucks (various flavours) available for purchase.
As always, please wear Comfy Clothes. South Studio now has a very limited quantity of mats, blankets and bolsters. Feel free to bring your own, plus an eye pillow, foam mattress or even an infinity chair. Bring whatever you need to be really comfortable!
