You will be guided through a sacred exploration of your breath followed by a healing sound bath, allowing you to release stagnant energy, uncover hidden emotions and patterns, reconnect with your body's wisdom and awaken to your own healing potential.

Sacred Cacao and Rose Medicine are weaved into your experience as heart opening and healing allies.
