Join Kat and the crew as we welcome the first day of summer! There's a lot of things going on during this time between the big sun energy of the solstice as well as the full energy of the full moon taking place within days apart from each other. This class will be designed to bring both of those energies to balance. Meditation, music, sound bowl, and mindful movement will be provided and focused on throughout the session! Help us welcome summer with this special event!
