Summer solstice Ecstatic Dance

Marilyn will guide you through a guided meditation inviting you to feel safe in your expressive truths, allowing you to trust that your body knows how to move to liberate and transmute. Ana will guide you in a movement exercise and primal activity invoking the wildness and silliness within. During the ecstatic dance we will be having a gift share, share your poetry, intuitive dance, art, voice, jokes, poems, mediums that move through you.
