About this Event

Come together under the setting sun of the Summer Solstice for a moment of expansive breath, movement, and rest guided by Delia and Lavender. A mix of breathing, movement, meditation, and sound are offered as a way for us to slow down, be intentional, and welcome the summer season.

Please reserve a spot with us via this event and we ask that attendees make a suggested donation between $10 and $20 dollars! See you under the sun as we celebrate the solstice.
