You're invited to retreat for the day in celebration of the summer solstice in the beautiful Byron Hinterland!
Summer time invites us to enjoy the outdoors while keeping cool during the long warm days. The Summer Solstice marks the longest day and shortest night of the year!
Receive the healing medicine of retreating for the day as you gift yourself permission to disconnect from your busy routine during the Summer months to tenderly take care of yourself, while recharging and soaking up the quietude of sacred Bundjalung Country.
This day retreat is designed to support your journey through the heat and heightened activity of Summer with harmonising embodiment practices, healthy food and self care activities, leaving you feeling balanced, replenished and at ease on all levels.
Our Day Retreat Highlights:

• Two yoga, somatic movement and meditation practices for all levels.
• An angelic sound healing session for nervous system recalibration.
• Tree Chi Gong with Aimo or for yoga teachers join Delamay for a hands on assists session focusing on backbends.
• Astrology insights and intentional journalling for the coming cycle.
• During the breaks you're welcome to cool off in the magnesium pool or chill out in the spa! Plus you can explore the stunning subtropical gardens, highlighted by four magnificent 350 year old Moreton Bay fig trees and a myriad of rare and exotic palms and flowering trees.
• Yoga mats and props are included but you're welcome to bring your own.
• Healthy lunch, snacks and ample refreshments are included!

Our retreat location is an idyllic private garden and rural oasis!
Nestled within 10 acres of expansive and stunning subtropical gardens, orchards and highlighted by four magnificent 350 year old Moreton Bay fig trees and a myriad of rare and exotic palms, flowering trees and shrubs. Our retreat oasis includes a 15 metre magnesium pool and spa with panoramic views to the mountains with epic sunsets.
Only 5 minutes to Brunswick Heads, 15 minutes to Byron Bay CBD and 5 minutes to Mullumbimby.
