Enjoy a beautifully balanced day retreat in the peaceful Rothbury countryside, designed to nurture both your creativity and wellbeing.
Begin the day with a gentle mindful meditation, helping you to relax, reset, and fully arrive in the moment. You’ll then take part in two inspiring creative sessions—create a stunning glass suncatcher with Juliet from The Butterfly Tree Glass Studio, and paint a positive sunflower onto canvas, with Mel from Creative Space North East.
There will also be the option to enjoy a gentle Pilates and mindfulness session with Vicki from And Breathe Pilates (weather permitting), offering a chance to reconnect with your body and breath.
Time has been thoughtfully built into the day for quiet relaxation, with reading materials provided if you’d like a moment of calm, or simply enjoy a friendly chat in a warm and welcoming setting.
A light lunch, fizz, and refreshments will be served throughout the day, and you’ll also receive a wellbeing goody bag to take home. The retreat will close with a calming gratitude circle, leaving you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and inspired.
Price: £70, including all craft and wellbeing sessions and materials, lunch, refreshments, fizz, and your take-home goody bag.
Please note that if you would like your suncatcher posted to you after the event, an additional £5 charge will apply. Once fired, suncatchers can also be collected from the Butterfly Tree Glass Studio in Brunswick Village.
