The Summer Solstice reminds us to turn inward and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve.For this summer solstice circle we will be reflecting, and honoring how far we've come.
What is being offered:
Reiki infused herbal tea
Creating individual elemental mandalas using crystals, flowers, candles, etc. (earth, fire, water, air)
Oracle card pulling, reflection, and journaling
Guided meditation using sound healing tools to invigorate, awaken and ground the mind, body, spirit
Things to bring with you the day of:
Yoga mat
Journal
Anything you'd like to incorporate with your elemental mandala
(supplies will be included but if you feel you called to bringing more that is always welcomed)
