It is time to celebrate the longest day of the year and enjoy the abundant energies found within the earth. This seasonal celebration will help us to connect with the energy of the Summer Solstice taking time to appreciate the things that bring you joy and happiness, we will work the body, mind and breath to give you the time to fully appreciate who you are in this moment in time. * Connect with the energies of Summer through Movement that is suitable for all levels.
* Breath-work to calm and centre the mind, body & breath.
* Open up to the Magic of Cacao
* Reconnect with healing properties of the Rose
* Meditation & Visualisation to connect us to the Solstice energies.
* Sound bathing to soothe body, mind and soul
* Closing ceremony.
Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing that reflect the season of summer for this workshop, there are blankets but feel free to bring your own cosy number if that would work best for you, I will have solar charged water but again please feel free to bring your own if that suits you. Pen and paper are optional if you would like to make notes on any of the information I give you feel free to do so.
Weather permitting, I am hoping to be able to do the Cacao ceremony, Meditation & sound bathing outside. If it is typical Scottish Summers Day, then we will just stay within Art & Spirituality for the entire workshop.
there will also be Veggie/Vegan offerings for us to share and enjoy, again weather permitting we will have a BBQ on the go if not I have lots of tasty snacks for us.
