Join Grace and Amy for a Summer Solstice celebration in the park. The event will feature a slow yoga flow suitable for all levels, intuitive Reiki, a solstice ceremony, and will end with a sound bath.The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year, reminding us to celebrate the nourishing light of the sun and to honor the light within each of us. It will be a lovely day to fill up with joy, abundance, and gratitude.
All are welcome! No experience is needed. Feel free to invite friends and family!
Donation-based event (cash, card, PayPal, or Venmo). Come regardless.
We will meet on the Chippewa Ave side of the park to the left of the playground.
Bring water, a yoga mat, and anything else that comforts you. A towel or blanket will be perfect if you don’t have a yoga mat!
