As we detach ourselves from Spring, take a deep dive into the warmth and energy of Summer. Allow this shift to untie the knots and loosen grips of anything holding you back from lighting your spark within and setting your soul on fire! Join Melissa Bruce & Amy Goodwin at UC Farms for an evening of welcoming the heat and purifying energy of Summer. This event will include: Guided and Sound Healing Meditation, Gentle & Restorative Yoga, 108 Sun Salutations, Journaling, Fire Burning, Crystals, Breathwork, Hydration Station and so much more!! You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed and completely detoxed. Do 1 or do all 108, it does not matter. Show up for yourself and leave with a new appreciation for your mind and body! Thsi event is welcome to all level yogis!! Please bring a yoga mat, water, bug spray, and blanket. We will be outside in the grass. Cold plunges will be available for an extra $20. If doing the cold plunge (you can decide day of), please bring a towel. UC Farms is located at 23625 Rolf Rd in Plainfield.
