Step into summer with purpose! Join Kit Creemer, Registered Nurse, Certified Community Herbalist, and Registered Yoga Teacher, for a special Summer Solstice celebration. In this workshop, we will explore various “midsummer” traditions and set our own personal intentions for the season. We will also learn about the health benefits and tasty uses of the sunny summertime herbs chamomile, calendula, and lavender. Participants will create their own floral facial steam mixture and herbal sun tea to take home.
