Our expert facilitators will guide you through a meditative journey using a variety of instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

During this in-person event, you'll have the opportunity to meditate with the Imbolc season of rebirth, renewal, fertility and hope. Stir the seeds of your ideas to life and grow what was reflected from the New Year. The gentle vibrations of the sound bath will help release tension, harmonize your energy, and promote deep relaxation. Allow the sounds to wash over you, bringing balance and tranquility to your body, mind, and spirit.
