The summer solstice marks the first day of summer, when the sun reaches the highest point in the sky. The day is long, and the night is short. The sun is most potent on the summer solstice and is recognized as a time of powerful healing. Join Katie for an accessibly deep experience of breathwork and sound to honor the vibrant light within.We are so honored to have experienced LMT, Maura Lee, holding loving space during the session as a breath and energy work angel. She will offer support to those who desire hands-on touch to improve one’s breathing experience and help to move energy through the body.
We will begin with meditative intention and brief movement to help prepare the body for more expansive breath capacity. The breathwork journey (with optional support) will be about 40 minutes before surrendering deeply into rest with the sounds and vibrations of the gongs.

Katie Snyder is a Trauma-Informed Embodiment Guide specializing in Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Massage Therapy, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga, and Sound Healing. She is impassioned in the art of gathering and loves to call together collaborative efforts to support depth of connection. She is the owner of Unfurl, a massage and breathwork studio in St. Louis and her offerings include 1:1 sessions, classes, workshops, circles, events, and retreats.
It is Katie’s ultimate wish and intention is that each individual has the felt-sense experience of safety, peace and home in one’s body, mind and heart.
