Join us for a magical evening of yoga and rejuvenation where Earth and Ocean meet as we honor the Summer Solstice. This special event will begin with grounding beach yoga at sunset, followed by guided Wim Hof-inspired breathwork and an optional invigorating ocean plunge to welcome the new season with presence, renewal, and connection. Meet us on the shores of Carolina Beach via the access at Tennessee Ave and Lake Park Blvd South.
