Would you like to take some time out for yourself & attend a half day yoga & meditation retreat at our boutique studio in Crossgates, to celebrate the summer solstice? ��This blissful half day retreat will be a beautiful way of celebrating the return of sunshine. Expect energising yoga practices suitable for all levels, healthy vegan food & refreshments, ecstatic dance, meditation, journaling & yoga nidra. You will leave this afternoon retreat feeling energised, grounded and ready for the beautiful summer months (hopefully!).
