How is your heart feeling? The sacred sanctuary that holds your heart keeps score. How is your body reacting to the changes in the world?There is a longing in humanity to fill the void between longing and wholeness. Some feel an ache for the light to shine into the spaces of confusion, discomfort and fear.
The promise of the Summer Solstice is that the light does return. We are being guided to let go of the energy that blocks the light. Through a highly accessible and powerful healing practice of kundalini yoga and meditation, we will create a container of light together. We will use this light to fill all the places in our bodies that need healing, and then we will bring this light into our auric fields so we can carry it out into the world.
There is a sacred intelligence in the universe, and we will attune to the power of the light that is available to all. This is a mystical and magnetizing practice. Everyone is welcome and all levels of experience are celebrated and held together in the container of community and healing.
