Summer Soirèe for Creatives at The Engle Residence

Our creative space is currently available for production bookings including photos shoots and music videos. We are making it available for a late afternoon for fellow creatives including small business merchants, photographers and models. This opportunity will serve as collaborative effort from the small businesses, models and photographers as a way to create content and network. Drinks and small bites will be available. Hosts Macy and David Della will also be available to assist with photography, modeling and styling.

ABOUT THE SPACE /

The Engle Residence was custom built in 1978 by architect Carl Cox. The interior of the home offers a full wet bar, sunken living room, natural stone fireplace, mirrored bathrooms, Japanese sitting tub and lounge room complete with a dancing pole. Unique furnishings grace the interior including three one-of-a-kind Milo Baughman sofas, Milo Baughman etageres, and Ello mirrored tables throughout. There’s an extensive amount of mid century modern pieces in the home that is sure to set the perfect backdrop for any creative looking to immerse themselves in the 70’s / 80’s era. The outdoor space is also enchanting with mature citrus trees to the side, a front cove mature desert landscaping, a side grass area with hibiscus and palm trees and a back patio that extend to the golf course.

Typically the space is available to rent for $150 per hour minimum of three hours.

ATTENDANCE /

We are limited to the number of people that can participate. Since this is a collaborative effort we are looking for a maximum of seven participants to each category. The categories again are merchant (example, vintage clothing store), model and photographer. We ask that if wish to participate that you are experiencing no COVID symptoms and encourage participants to be vaccinated.

COST /

The cost for a ticket to participate is $25. The cost of the ticket includes drinks and small bites. Must provide valid id to consume alcohol. It includes free range of The Engle Residence indoor and outdoor space. We will also be taking polaroids and digital behind the scenes photos that will be available to all participants via google drive folder. Macy Della is the owner of Bear Fox Babe vintage and experienced model who has worked for clients such as Versace and Alexander Wang. She will be available to help style and assist models. David Della is an experienced photographer who will be able to lend knowledge and assist with photography.
