Adults will participate in a guided outdoor workout led by Alloy coaches while kids play a soccer game in the field next to the adults.

We’re creating an elevated, wellness-centered experience where families and friends can move their bodies, enjoy the outdoors, connect with the community, and recharge together.

Whether you come for the workout, the soccer activities, the patio atmosphere, or simply a fun excuse to get outside on a Saturday morning, you’ll leave feeling energized and refreshed.

• Guests must be 14 years or older to receive IV therapy services. Any guest under the age of 18 receiving IV therapy must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Participation in the workout and field activities does not require IV therapy purchase.
• All guests interested in Hydrate IV Bar services must pass an annual $35 medical clearance exam, clearing them by law and for their safety to recieve services from Hydrate.
