Beginner Soccer Class for Women through Poway Adult School! Session is June 15 to August 3, Tuesdays, 5:30 to 7pm at Abraxas High School. (Okay to arrive late and/or leave early, and miss sessions!) Get off of the sidelines and step onto the field! Soccer is a sport that adults of all ages and abilities can enjoy to improve fitness, enjoy competition and be part of a team. This class is for those who have never played or need a refresher after years away. Basics will be taught, such as dribbling, passing, kicking, field positions, rules and goalkeeping. We'll play small-sided games each session. Bring tennis shoes or soccer cleats and water. Shin guards are optional, as we will limit physical contact. Join soccer this summer!
